As the Human Resources Director for a large privately owned Construction Company for more than two decades, she is also a seasoned executive leader.

Throughout her career, she has partnered with business owners, CEOs, and leadership teams to designed and implemented practical HR frameworks that strengthen performance and create environments where people thrive. With experience in coaching in Human Resources leadership for decades now, Helene Du Toit-Lourens has proven herself as a formattable consultant in organisational development, as well as a team facilitator of note.
